I bought my first 'Tonytail' over a dozen years ago, and I have used one virtually every day since then. They not only look natural, they are easy to use, and add a bit of 'pizazz' to my ponytail. I get numerous compliments from both men and women. The women want to know how I am able to secure my hair so 'neatly'. I am soooo eager to tell them about your wonderful product. Thanks to Tonytails, I have a 'sustainable, low maintenance, perfect ponytail.

I bought the French Twister thinking it was such a neat idea. I had no idea that it would become a must have item! When you get a last minute "Meet me honey for dinner with the boss" and you are having a bad hair day at home, it's so easy to use this to whip your hair into a sophisticated up-do that makes you look classy, like Audrey Hepburn! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair when I am using this. I love it!!

My name is Elicia Stewart and I am a big fan of the Tonytail, HOWEVER I have had problems being able to purchase my color of choice (black) at Claire’s and Rite Aid. For the past few months’s I purposefully frequented this businesses for the sole purpose of purchasing a “tonytail” in black. I have been down to my last one for about a month and was starting to get desperate. Imagine my disappointment when I would see them at Rite Aid and be told, “we don’t carry them in black, sorry”. Okay, I will go back to Claire’s (a 25 minute zip on the highway for me) to the mall which I very rarely frequent, to be told again,” Sorry they are not in stock.” When I asked when they would be in stock I was told, “Maybe next week.” When I explained that I had traveled a distance and wanted to know for sure (from the manager) I was told,” We can’t guarantee, whatever we get, we get.” I then asked to special order them (not wanting to make more trips) I was willing to purchase at least 6, I was told,” Sorry we can’t do that, but check with us next week.” Really, I don’t expect to a lot from the customer service at the mall, but was a little taken back that I wasn’t even offered an “I’ll try or I can call you when they come in.”It wouldn’t have mattered much because when I purchased them in the past there were only a few (in black) to begin with and after my first couple of purchases realized that I would need to grab them when I could. My point is that the product is great; I didn’t even know it had been advertised in magazines or on Oprah, I saw it one day squeezed in a corner of a Claire’s and tried it. After that I was hooked and my friends and coworkers around me noticed it and loved it too. At first I thought they were the ones buying it out, not the case. It just wasn’t available. What good is a great product for everyday use if you can’t get to it when you want it. The whole idea of the “tonytail” was that I could look fashionable and put together with little effort whether I’m riding my bike, at work, church or just out and about. I have spent more time, gas and energy trying to achieve this “effortless” look than I care to tell. And in my last act of desperation (after a ½ hour on the web trying to find the product on ebay, amazon and the like) I finally stubbled on the right name, The Tonytail Company!! Not only that I reached the company when I called to say I am desperate how can I buy these ( I would love the $7.00 Claire’s price) but being desperate would pay $10.00 each and at least buy a dozen. To who it may concern, we (people with black hair; African American, Asian, Hispanic. Italians) are willing and able to purchase the tonytail and I personally just ask that it be made available (in black) in the stores that carry your product line. Hey, I’ll even be a spokesmodel. P.S. Thank you Tonytail Co. for allowing me to purchase a dozen at the $7.00 price, it’s nice to know somebody wants to sell the product without making me jump through hoops to get it!

I just wanted to let you know that I had searched high and low to find a product like the Tonytail and I am thrilled to finally find it! My daughter is in a dance company and frequently has to wear a low covered ponytail for a competition style. Since we have found the Tonytail, I no longer have to struggle to achieve that look with bobby pins and such. I have told all of the company members about your product and hopefully, you will be receiving a bunch of orders from Plano Texas!

All I can say is… it's about time someone marketed this product! I am very grateful.

I am in the military and our regulations state that we cannot have fancy or bright or shiny accessories to hold our hair up off our shoulders and away from our face. They should also match the color of your hair as closely as possible. I have struggled with this for years as it is very difficult to find barrettes the color of my blonde hair. I am usually stuck with ugly hair bands (who has time to wrap another piece of hair around the ponytail?)

When they came up with scrunchies that looked like hair put up in various styles, it was a step in the right direction for me but they are hardly useful when you have to put a beret on or are doing military stuff. Besides, too flashy for the military…

I finally stumbled across your product in a store today and bought the only two they had in my hair color. I am being deployed to serve overseas for about a year in 18 days and was able to go online and order 8 more!!! Thank you!! The product was a lifesaver for me!!! So simple and yet so valuable to me. I wish I had thought of it!!
